Data accuracy

Company data comes from third-party providers and is processed automatically. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always verify important numbers in the company's official filings. Calculations and models depend on assumptions, and past results do not guarantee future results.

Use of the website

You may use the site and the files you download for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't scrape the site automatically or resell its data.

Downloads, payments and Premium

Reading the site is free. Each browser can download 3 files for free. After that you can buy:

Prices include VAT where applicable. Purchases are made through Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record: it processes the payment, charges VAT where it applies and sends your receipt. We never see your card details. After paying you receive a license key, which unlocks your downloads on any device. Keep it private: anyone with the key can use it.

Cancelling: you can cancel a membership anytime through "Manage membership" in your Gumroad receipt email or by writing to us. Premium then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Right of withdrawal: downloads are digital content supplied immediately. By completing the payment you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access has started. If something does not work, write to us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. "Unlimited" means normal personal use; automated mass downloading is not allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, Financial Rat is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.
